Cancellation policy

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your booking date, will be fully refunded.

Reservations cancelled within 14-3 days prior to your booking date will be refunded full amount minus $50 admin fee.

72 hours before reservation will not be refunded. The room will be put back into the system and if it is booked we will refund your rate minus the $50 admin fee.

Pet policy

We are a pet-free environment.

Smoke-free environment

Hotel Lux is committed to offering our guests a smoke/vape/e-cigarette free environment.

There is a significant room recovery fee of up to $500 for a violation of this policy. You will be notified if our trained cleaning staff brings this to our attention.

Damage and excessive cleaning charge

We at Hotel Lux understand that accidents do happen and we appreciate that. We do pride ourselves on quality of linens and room experience and wish to maintain that quality for all guests while maintaining a fair room rate. There will be a charge when the cleaning of linens or the room go beyond the normal scope of cleaning or damage. Depending on the excessive damage or cleaning, there may be an extra charge on your credit card to cover the cost.

Ranging from $50-$500. You will be notified before the charge is transacted.

No cooking in hotel

Hotel Lux is not equipped for cooking on the premises. We would appreciate that guests do not cook in the rooms.
